1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our application, Sparg (the "Service"), operated by Sparg Music Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Sparg provides tools to automate content posting between social media platforms, AI-powered analytics, and other related services for content creators and agencies. You are responsible for all content you post and for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect to our Service, such as Instagram and YouTube.

You must not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your password.
By connecting your third-party accounts (e.g., YouTube, Instagram), you grant us the necessary permissions to access your data and perform actions on your behalf as instructed by you through the Service's features. This includes downloading your content from one platform and uploading it to another.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service itself and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sparg Music Pvt Ltd. You retain all rights to your content that you post, upload, or display on or through the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sparg Music Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
