Sparg.in provides a suite of tools and services for digital content creators, including but not limited to, analytics dashboards, rights management, content monetization, and audience growth strategies on platforms like YouTube and Meta ("Service").

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links, and other content or materials (collectively, "Content") that you submit, post, or display on or via the Service.

You must not, in the use of Sparg.in, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We claim no ownership rights over the Content submitted or created by you in your Sparg.in account. You retain all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.

The Sparg.in name and logo are trademarks of Sparg Music Pvt Ltd, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions within the "Settings" page of the Service dashboard.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

In no event shall Sparg Music Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
